As a person with an online market research background who has moved into the world of online marketing and all things social media, I would say I have a pretty good understanding of the online world. It's a world, yes I consider it a place all it's very own, full of people who want to communicate with eachother - take the 500 million people on Facebook as an example; this is the 'happening location' where people hang-out these days! I know I don't know everything, who does? I do however have a real thirst for knowledge - learning something new everyday is my own personal goal. I love it when people reach out and help, and I do my best to do the same. Be it connecting someone with the right person, or the right information; I will do my best to help anyone who asks, and sometimes those who don't!
